Rio is awesome. The pictures and description are so accurate. This place has everything you need to have a super stay. The place was clean and well stocked. The property Manager, Renata is always available and helpful thru the entire renting process.

Everything was absolutely perfect! We spent four days with family from the west coast for Christmas. The house was immaculate and well kept. There is a beautiful view from every single window in the house. An amazing sunrise from the back of the house and an even more beautiful sunset from the front. The property manager was extremely helpful and friendly throughout the entire process. This house will hold a special memory for my entire family for the rest of our lives.

We could not have picked a better place for our stay in Rodanthe! From check in to check out everything was so easy. Clean and very comfortable! More than enough space for our group of 19! Definitely a vacation home where you do not want to leave to do anything else. Perfect place to just relax and enjoy!
